General Terms and Conditions
Access to and use of Green Supply Shop and www.green-supply.se (the "Website") are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the Website, browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions about Green Supply, these terms and conditions or our website, please do not hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within Sweden.
This website is owned and operated by H&N Beauty Institute&Products AB, Sundbyberg, Sweden.
Green Supply retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without notice to you. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even where there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are construed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
This Website also contains links to other websites (such as order tracking), which are not operated by Green Supply. Green Supply has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
3. Terms of purchase
Green Supply only accepts orders made from our Website - we currently cannot process orders via telephone or by post.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within the Sweden. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail address and mobile number). This can be done either in the shopping bag or by registering a customer profile on the Website. If you are resident outside Sweden you have to contact us by email to place an order.
Items placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by Green Supply through order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
3.1. Contract and confirmation of order
When ordering goods on the Website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Green Supply have confirmed the order to the e-mail address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address when Green Supply has registered the order and received payment. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays or on any public holiday will be confirmed no later than the 2-3 following business days.
3.2. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK) on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process. Maximum purchase amount per order is 10 000 SEK (including any shipping and handling fees).
3.3. Discount and promotion codes
Green Supply may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code.
Promotions with codes are in general only valid once - and once the code is used it will be deactivated, and the code will be no longer valid.
Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you confirm and pay the order. Green Supply does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.
Green Supply reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.
When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g. in an e-mail newsletter) by Green Supply, Green Supply states that combination of different promotions are prohibited. Green Supply thereby, in case of missuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer's order.
Green Supply online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from http://www.green-supply.se.
Klarna is a service that enables you to pay and accept payments without revealing your financial information to the online shop. Klarna secures your information and protects the purchase.

Green Supply aims to deliver orders within 4-6 business days after the order is confirmed by Green Supply. Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such as Christmas) and for deliveries to remote locations.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will also receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order. Should the delivery be delayed for more than 20 days, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case the Customer is requested to contact Green Supply via email.
4. Exchanges and returns
Green Supply Return Policy
Green Supply has a 7 days return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 7 days from the date you received your order, provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. On sale items Green Supply doesn't accept the return items. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as is possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received.
How to cancel and return your items
You can only cancel your order by emailing. You have 7 days to return a product that you've purchased through our online shop.
If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items. Please note that Green Supply does not refund the delivery fee.
Green Supply will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you.
Green Supply will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
5. Notice of Defects
Green Supply shall ensure that each dispatch is carefully inspected before delivery to the Customer. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged or defective upon the receipt by the Customer, please contact us by email.
In the event of incorrect, damaged or defective Products being received, you are requested to contact Green Supply by email.
Please contact us within 48 hours from the day you picked up your order.
Once Green Supply has received the damaged goods, we will within 14 days refund the Customer for the faulty item.
Unfortunately Green Supply may have made a mistake and missed to pack all items in your order - in such case please accept our apology and contact us by email straightaway, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
Green Supply retains the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear and obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given). In such case, Green Supply shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.
